1. Refunds
- House of Wellness has a strict no refund policy. However, if an error occurs on our part, we will gladly process a refund to the customer’s bank account.
- If House of Wellness acknowledges a mistake from our side, customers will be eligible for a refund. Such cases will be handled individually, and refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Customers must contact our customer support team at houseofwellness2025@gmail.com to report any errors or issues for refund consideration.
2. Membership Cancellation by House of Wellness
- House of Wellness reserves the right to cancel a customer’s membership if deemed necessary. This may occur in cases of violation of our terms of service, disruptive behaviour, or non-compliance with our facility rules and regulations.
- In the event that a customer’s membership is cancelled by House of Wellness, a refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis.
- Refunds for such cancellations will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5–7 working days.
3. Membership Cancellation by the Customer
- If a customer wishes to cancel their membership voluntarily, they must provide written notice to House of Wellness at least 7 days before the desired cancellation date.
- Customers who cancel their membership voluntarily will not be eligible for any refunds or prorated refunds.
- Membership cancellation requests should be sent via email to houseofwellness2025@gmail.com or submitted in person at our facility.
4. Transfer Option
- Memberships and packages purchased from House of Wellness are transferable at a cost of Rs. 500/-. They may be transferred to another individual.
5. Modifications and Updates
- House of Wellness reserves the right to modify or update this refund/cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
- It is the responsibility of customers to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
By using our services or purchasing a membership from House of Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund and cancellation policy.
