Gym Membership

2.3 Membership Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your membership, you must provide written notice to House of Wellness. Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the Membership Agreement.
Online Personal Training
3.1 Services: House of Wellness offers online personal training services provided by certified trainers. The details, including pricing and scheduling, will be agreed upon between the client and House of Wellness.
3.2 Payment: Payment for online personal training services must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Gym Annual Maintenance Contract Services
4.1 Scope of Services: House of Wellness offers annual maintenance contracts for gyms. The specific services covered will be outlined in the contract agreed upon by both parties.
4.2 Payment: Payment for annual maintenance contracts must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Gym Setup Consultation
5.1 Consultation Services: House of Wellness provides consultation services for gym setup. The details and fees for these services will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and House of Wellness.
5.2 Payment: Payment for gym setup consultation services must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the House of Wellness website and services are the property of House of Wellness or its licensors. You are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without prior written authorization from House of Wellness.
Limitation of Liability
